Shape Management provided Superintendent services for the refurbishment of the Champion Lakes Community Centre to achieve compliance with a 9B Building Classification. Delivered on behalf of the City of Armadale, the project modernised the existing community facility through accessibility upgrades, internal reconfiguration, refurbishment of communal spaces and amenities, including new bathroom fit-outs, and associated building works. The scope also included roof maintenance, upgrades to the external decking, electrical and security improvements, and other compliance works to deliver a modern, safe and accessible community facility.
